UBI stands for universal basic income it is income that every citizen gets hourly for just being apart of the community.
The more active you are and talk in the spookvooper discord server the more XP you gain. The more XP you have means you will have a higher rank, the higher the rank the more UBI you get.
Choosing a district is a good place to start for a new citizen. Districts are a place for you to live and join in with some RP and get to know the community that extra bit more. Every district has a senator who is in charge of that district. Districts can also open up job opportunities especially in Nerdcraft.
